Meditation and yoga keep us physically and mentally at a level of concentration. Yoga makes us stress free, however, it improves endurance and mental strength. Strong meditation increases blood pressure. Leading a healthy lifestyle brings happiness, success and success. If we are physically fit and healthy, we can live happier lives.
