               India is an ideal example of unity in diversity. India has a variety of diversity. We all know that India is a secular country. In India we are diverse in language, religion, culture etc. Despite all these differences, we have an extraordinary sense of unity, which is why India is presented to the world as a nation of unity in diversity.

         In India, there are about 1.38 billion people and they all share different thoughts and ideologies. The Indian freedom struggle is enough to highlight the unity in diversity of our nation. People of different religious and cultural beliefs fought unitedly for the liberation of our nation.

         India is one of the largest countries in the world and has people who believe in various religions and each of these religions has its religious festivals. People of India speak numerous languages like English, Sanskrit, Hindi, Bhojpuri, Punjabi, Marathi, Gujarati, Malayalam, Tamil, Odia etc. Despite all these diversity, everyone lives in India with love for the nation. It is love that brings people together. Bringing unity among these people is never an easy thing. Nationalism and patriotism play an important role in uniting the people of India. Unity in diversity enhances the harmony and peace of the nation and it shows the strength of the nation.
